The rapper and business mogul 50 Cent has reached a settlement with a Miami medical spa that he sued because he says they said he had surgery to make his penis bigger.
The G-Unit mogul, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, said that plastic surgeon Angela Kogan and her business, Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa, used a picture of him to advertise their products and services.The two took the picture while visiting Miami in February 2020.
The lawsuit said that Kogan used the picture, which 50 Cent said he took because he thought Kogan was a fan, to make it look like Fif had a penis enlargement surgery and promote Perfection Plastic Surgery.
He insists that he has never undergone any type of procedure at MedSpa, including penis enlargement.
According to court documents filed on Friday (March 24), both 50 Cent and Kogan said they had “reached an agreement in principle to settle Mr. Jackson’s claims” and were “in the process of preparing an agreement to finalize and memorialize” the deal (via Billboard).
