Rose Wilder Lane is an American writer and political theorist and all her life, she did not have any biological children of her own. She was married to Gillette Lane, but they did not have any children together. However, Lane did have a significant impact on her extended family. She played a significant role in editing and shaping her mother Laura Ingalls Wilder’s famous “Little House” books, which became beloved classics of children’s literature.
