The disappearance of British star Julian Sands was reported on January 17th, 2023, sending shockwaves through the entertainment sector.
His family reported him missing on Wednesday after he failed to return after a climb on Mount Baldy in South California. On Friday, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s office confirmed that he was among the missing hikers.
On January 4, 1958, in Otley, West Yorkshire, England, the actor was born to Brenda and William Sands.
Although he didn’t start acting until the beginning of 1989, Julian Sands made his debut in the 1983 film “Oxford Blues” and has since appeared in a number of other films.
The actor began making appearances in Hollywood films in the early 1990s, and his credits include Warlock and Arachnophobia, among others. He used his acting chops to break into the world of television.
