She and her ex-husband, Steven Cimini, both have joint custody of Ethan. They were caught up in a lengthy legal dispute spanning over a decade, fighting over custody and child support.
In a 2021 episode of Rehab Addict Rescue, Nicole shared about her time raising Ethan when he was a young child. She mentioned that when he was young, she had to work around the clock. He had to be at the job site all day long, from morning until night.
