Jeanine Pirro, a television host, author, and politician, was born on June 2nd, 1951 in Elmira, New York, in the United States of America.
She was born to Nasser Ferris, a mobile-home salesman, and Esther Ferris, a department-store model. Both of them were citizens who were of Lebanese and American descent.
Jeanine Pirro became interested in law and aspired to become an attorney when she was just six years old. During her senior year of high school, she had the opportunity to intern at the Chemung County District Attorney’s office. After that, she successfully graduated from Elmira’s Notre Dame High School in just three years.
Pirro graduated from the University of Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She earned her Juris Doctor degree. In 1975, she completed her law degree at Albany Law School, which is part of Union University. During her time there, she had the honor of being the editor for the law review.
Pirro used to host a show called Justice with Judge Jeanine on the Fox News Channel. However, in 2022, she made a switch and became a co-host on The Five. She often made contributions to NBC News and made frequent appearances on The Today Show.
She was the first female judge to be elected in Westchester County, New York. Pirro made history by becoming the first female district attorney of Westchester County. Pirro became well-known for her involvement in cases related to elder abuse and domestic violence during her time as district attorney.
