Errick Miron is a retired American football player who played as a running back for 11 seasons in the NFL and one season in the CFL.
Williams attended Patrick Henry High School in San Diego, California, where he played both baseball and football. He then went on to play college football for the Texas Longhorns. During his time there, he achieved the impressive feat of being a two-time unanimous All-American and also won the prestigious 1998 Heisman Trophy.
During his senior season, he set new records for career rushing yards and all-purpose yards in NCAA Division I-A. During college, he spent four seasons playing minor league baseball in the Philadelphia Phillies farm system. Williams was honored with induction into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2015.
In the 1999 NFL Draft, the New Orleans Saints picked Williams as the fifth overall selection. This happened after a big trade. He played for the Saints for three seasons before being traded to the Miami Dolphins in 2002.
He spent two seasons playing for the Dolphins, where he led the league in rushing in 2002. He then retired from football for the first time in 2004. In 2006, he played for the Toronto Argonauts because he was suspended from the NFL. Williams returned to the Dolphins in 2007 and played with them until 2010. He then spent the 2011 season with the Baltimore Ravens. In 2002, he was recognized as a first-team All-Pro and was also selected for the Pro Bowl while playing for the Dolphins.
Ricky Williams Children
Ricky has been married multiple times. He got married to Kristen Barnes, whom he met in 2001, as his first wife.
They lived together before getting married on September 4, 2009. The couple introduced three children together: Prince, Elijah, and Asha.
However, their marriage went through a rough patch when Ricky developed feelings for Linnea Miron, who happened to be a commercial real estate lawyer.
Ricky later got divorced from his then-wife, Kristen, and their divorce was officially finalized in June 2016. Ricky and Linnea got married on June 23, 2017, exactly one year later.
In addition to his children with Kristen, he has two more children with other women. He is the father of a son named Kekoa Blaze Williams, whom he shares with Cherie Clark. Linnea also acts as a mother figure to Keoka, but she doesn’t have any biological children with Ricky.
