In her first season with a professional team, Lehmann scored 25 goals in 52 league games for Swiss club BSC YB Frauen.
In August of 2018, West Ham United acquired Lehmann from BSC YB Frauen, another new FA Women’s Super League team.
Switzerland hosted the 2018 UEFA Women’s Under-19 Championship, and West Ham manager Matt Beard was apparently delighted by Lehmann’s play there.
After Lehmann helped West Ham win the Women’s FA Cup by scoring the tying goal in the quarterfinal match against Reading, they decided to extend her contract in April 2019. She has scored nine goals in 30 total games.
