Anthony Elanga: Man United Youngster Hints at Leaving Old Trafford This Summer

Antony Elanga has fallen down the pecking order at Man United since the arrival of Erik ten Hag The Swedish youngster has been limited to just 49 minutes of action since the January transfer window shut Elanga had been linked with a loan switch in winter, but Ten Hag declined to sanction the move

Elanga has had a terrible season with United because Erik ten Hag moved him down in the team’s lineup.
While the star winger featured regularly, albeit as a sub during the first half of the season, the 20-year-old has seen game time hard to come by in recent weeks.
The Man United academy graduate has been limited to a total of just 49 minutes of football since the January window closed across competitions.
According to Metro UK, Elanga looked set to leave Old Trafford on loan during the January transfer window, but Ten Hag opposed the move as he did not want to deplete his squad. Marcus Rashford’s impressive form, the return of Jadon Sancho, and the emergence of Alejandro Garnacho are some of the factors that have hindered Elanga’s progress at the Theatre of Dreams. Elanga hints at Old Trafford exit The 20-year-old has now opened up on his frustrations at Man United, with the youngster admitting that lack of regular football has left him frustrated. Speaking after Sweden’s defeat to Belgium on Friday night, Elanga disclosed that he has since discussed with Ten Hag about his Man United future.
